FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS


How do I shop with Edsen?

Shopping with EdSen is easy.  Follow these simple steps:
1.     Browse from our Categories menu on the left.
2.     Click on a product’s title or image for more information.
3.     Click “Add to Shopping Cart”. 
4.     Continue shopping in this way until you’re ready to “go to checkout”.
5.     Log in using your email address and password.
6.     Review and “confirm your order”.
7.     You will then be directed to PayPal where you’ll need to login and confirm payment.

Your order is then complete and you’ll be directed back to our website to download your items.  Of course, if you decide you want to keep shopping, it’s pretty easy to start at the first step again.

How do I download my resources?

For each file, click the “download” button and your file will download and open (with Acrobat Reader).  You should remember to save your file to a location on your computer or portable drive, because you’ll only be allowed three downloads per item.  At the end of each download, you may need to press the back button on your browser.  But, don’t worry!  If you navigate away from this page, you can always continue downloading from the “My Account” tab.

How do I print A4 documents in smaller sizes (like 4-to-a-page)?

We’ve included instructions with diagrams in most documents that you’re likely to want to resize.  It’s actually pretty easy to control this from your print menu – but all printers can be a little bit different.  After you click “Print” you should see a pop-up printer menu.  Many printers have an option for “Page Scaling”.  From there you’ll need to select “Multiple Pages Per Sheet” and will then be prompted to select how many pages you’d like to print per sheet. 

I’ve got an A3 printer.  How do I enlarge A4 documents to A3?

Again, all printers can be a bit different.  After you click “Print” browse the pop-up menu for paper size, and set that to A3.  Then, you’ll need to make sure that you change the “Page Scaling” options to fit to the printable area. 

Can I get a receipt for taxation purposes?

YES!  Log in at the “My Account” tab and view your order.   These order details will show the products you’ve purchased and how and when you paid.  You can then print this page to keep for your taxation records.


Am I allowed to share these digital resources with my friends?

The file you download comes with the rights to print as many copies as you need for your own classroom.  If your friends and colleagues decide they’d like copies of their own, send them to our website.  Get them to mention your name in the comments box when they checkout and we’ll arrange something special – just for you.


I don’t have PayPal.  How do I purchase your resources?

PayPal is a safe, convenient way to make purchases online – you don't even need a credit card – check it out for yourself.  We’re considering setting up other credit card charge services in the future.  Be sure to add yourself to our mailing list by subscribing to our newsletter (top right) to be the first to know!

I'm interested in an electronic teaching resource you don't have.  Can you make it?

It depends on what it is.  We're always interested in making life easier for teachers.  "Contact Us" to let us know what you're after and we'll see what we can do.

I've got a question that's not here.  How do I find the answer?

Click on the "Contact Us" tab from the menu bar and send us an email message.  We should get back to you within 24 hours - but are often even faster.
